Data exports
The whole corpus is available as structured data. Each record carries the prayer text, the printed source the wording follows, the variant readings where they differ, and the editorial commentary from the prayer's page.
The exports mirror the live site exactly. Nothing unpublished appears in them.

Individual prayers are also available on their own. Append data.json to any prayer page URL, for example /daily/jesus-prayer/data.json.
Fields
- slug, name, url
- Stable identifier and the canonical page the record came from.
- tradition, traditions
- Primary tradition, then every tradition that uses the prayer.
- occasion, occasions
- Primary occasion, then every occasion it is said at.
- origin, category
- Dating of the text and its editorial grouping.
- author
- Attributed author with dates, or null where the text is anonymous.
- source
- The printed source the wording follows: citation, year, URL, and any scripture reference.
- public_domain_text
- The prayer text and its variant readings. Public domain by age.
- editorial
- Original commentary: context, when it is said, notes on the text, and FAQ answers.
- related_prayers
- Slugs and URLs of prayers cross-linked from this one.
- first_published, last_reviewed
- When the page was written and when it was last checked against its source.
Licence
Two sets of terms apply, and every record says which covers which field.
Prayer texts are Public Domain Mark 1.0. This prayer text is in the public domain by age and may be reused without restriction.
Editorial commentary, meaning the context, when-said, notes-on-text and FAQ fields, is Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International. Original editorial content. Reuse is permitted with attribution to Christian-Prayers.com and a link to the source page.
